Easy Ginger-garlic chicken

Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with foil. Place chicken on foil.
In small bowl, combine ketchup, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and pepper. Pour over chicken and turn chicken over to coat.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, or until browned, basting occasionally. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and if desired, baste with any remaining sauce.
