Energy ball, protein bites, fat balls, whatever you want to call them, these little no-bake snacks hit the spot for quick, tasty and goodness- filled morsels. You can get creative and add in just about anything small and sweet– dried fruit, nuts, chocolate or carob chips or chunks, butterscotch, granola and more!
This is a great basic energy ball recipe. Start here and add in your favorite flavors!
In a large mixing bowl combine every ingredient. Mix very well with your hands until the mixture will form into balls. If too dry add a little more honey and if too wet, add a bit more oatmeal.
Roll into 1" balls and chill in refrigerator until firm.
