You can get creative and add in just about anything small and sweet– dried fruit, nuts, chocolate or carob chips or chunks, butterscotch, granola and more!

Ingredients
- 1 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. chia or hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 to 1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, other add-ins of your choice

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine every ingredient. Mix very well with your hands until the mixture will form into balls. If too dry add a little more honey and if too wet, add a bit more oatmeal.
- Roll into 1" balls and chill in refrigerator until firm.
