This super quick and very easy beef recipe will be a welcome addition to your busy weeknight repertoire. Ground beef is sauteed with garlic and spices, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds and served with rice. It also makes a delicious filling for lettuce wraps.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Instructions
- In small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ground ginger and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring about 1 minute. Add ground beef, and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add the soy sauce mixture and cook until heated through, about five minutes.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
