…another day, another chili. Chili #3! This one is not traditional, but is just as flavorful, hearty and satisfying as it’s old school cousin. Even better, this version contains both ground turkey and chicken sausage, so it is low fat and less caloric!

Pumpkin Patch Chili
In large saucepan or soup pot, heat olive oil and brown turkey and sausage. Add peppers, onion and garlic and cook until softened and the onion is golden. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for two hours, stirring occasionally.
